These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 5v555 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). 5v555 operates an online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://5v555.io, offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and other entertainment products to eligible players.

5v555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by Bangladesh authorities.

Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, 5v555 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all bets and bonuses placed during the period of misrepresentation, and retain any deposits or winnings pending full investigation. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of voided transactions resulting from age or identity misrepresentation.

Each individual may hold only one active 5v555 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 5v555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any information changes, you must update your account details promptly by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5v555 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 5v555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 5v555 support immediately.

5v555 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason. The platform also reserves the right to request additional verification at any stage of the account lifecycle without prior notice.

All transactions on the 5v555 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5v555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits applicable to each payment channel and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

Deposits are credited to your 5v555 account balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of a confirmed transaction, you must contact support with proof of payment. 5v555 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are processed by 5v555 within one to four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to identity verification being complete on your account. 5v555 does not charge any internal fee on withdrawals; however, the payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 5v555 accepts no responsibility.

5v555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the name of the 5v555 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will be declined and the funds returned to the player's 5v555 balance pending resolution.

• Funds deposited on the platform are held solely for the purpose of wagering and are not held in trust or in a separately segregated account.
• 5v555 does not pay interest on account balances.
• Any balance remaining in an account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration charge as disclosed in the account dashboard notifications.

5v555 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked in qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots games typically contribute 100% of stakes placed. Bonus Abuse: 5v555 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or using automated betting tools or scripts.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. 5v555 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus already credited to an account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued at the time of crediting.

All sports bets placed on 5v555 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting rules, including rules governing matches that are abandoned, reduced in overs, or delayed, are published in the platform's sports rules section. 5v555 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error, system fault, or data feed failure.

Casino and slot game outcomes on 5v555 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game providers. 5v555 does not influence individual game outcomes. All games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and Habanero. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5v555 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in the matter being reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using the 5v555 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one 5v555 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or sportsbook market.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 5v555 will take appropriate action including but not limited to account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5v555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; or where required to do so by applicable law or instruction of a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the contact details registered on the account. During a suspension period, the player may not access their account balance, place bets, or make withdrawals. If the investigation concludes in favour of the player, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance will be made available. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and relevant balances may be forfeited.

Players may voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 5v555 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance — net of any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered payment account. Account closure requests are processed within five Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

All content on the 5v555 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, software, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 5v555 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any 5v555 intellectual property without explicit prior written consent from 5v555.

Game assets, artwork, audio, and software displayed within the casino and sportsbook sections of the platform remain the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, Habanero, and others) and are subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms. Any unauthorised use, capture, reproduction, or distribution of game content is prohibited.

Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability, and 5v555 accepts no liability for losses arising during such periods.

In all cases where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, 5v555's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 5v555 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
